By accessing our website, installing or using a Trust-Prompt product, requesting a trial key, purchasing a license, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use Trust-Prompt.

2. Business and Professional Use

Trust-Prompt Plus and Trust-Prompt Enterprise are intended primarily for business and professional use. StoreBasic may also be used by individual users for personal evaluation or general safer AI usage.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If mandatory consumer protection law applies to you despite the intended business positioning of a product or plan, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Description of Trust-Prompt

Trust-Prompt is a local AI prompt precheck and governance solution designed to help users review prompts and other inputs before submission on supported websites.

Depending on product version, configuration, and detected patterns, Trust-Prompt may allow, warn on, inform about, redact, or block certain input before submission.

Features, supported websites, rule coverage, detection logic, policy controls, audit capabilities, upload-related controls, and licensed functionality may vary by product version, license tier, release stage, and update cycle.

4. Eligibility and Account-Free Use

Some Trust-Prompt products may be used without an account or login. Licensed products may require a valid license key or other activation method.

You may use Trust-Prompt only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

5. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and any applicable license purchase or trial grant, Trust-Prompt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the applicable Trust-Prompt product for your internal lawful use during the relevant license period.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Trust-Prompt and its licensors.

6. License Scope and Plans

StoreBasic is offered as a free version subject to these Terms.

Trust-Prompt Plus is licensed on a yearly per-business basis for smaller-scale business use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trust-Prompt Enterprise is offered on a custom basis and may be subject to separate commercial, onboarding, deployment, support, or enterprise terms.

Trial keys, test licenses, pilot access, or evaluation access may be granted at our discretion and may be limited by time, scope, functionality, supported environments, or other conditions communicated by us.

7. License Keys and Activation

If a product or feature requires a license key, you are responsible for keeping that key secure and using it only in accordance with the applicable license scope.

You may not sell, resell, share, publicly distribute, publish, reverse engineer, generate unauthorized replacements for, or otherwise misuse any license key, activation method, or licensing mechanism.

We may suspend, disable, replace, or revoke a key if we reasonably believe it has been misused, obtained fraudulently, used outside the agreed scope, or used in a manner that creates legal, operational, or security risk.

8. Payments, Billing and License Delivery

Paid licenses are billed on the commercial terms shown on our website, in a quote, in an invoice, or otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Trust-Prompt Plus is billed annually in advance.

To purchase Trust-Prompt Plus, the customer must contact Trust-Prompt and request the applicable license. We may provide payment details, an invoice, or both.

Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, unless we expressly agree to a different payment method in writing.

License keys are delivered only after the applicable payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No license key, activation, or licensed functionality is owed before confirmed receipt of payment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment reference and any required company details are provided correctly so that payment can be matched and the license can be issued without unnecessary delay.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, transfer fees, or similar costs, except taxes based on our net income.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, fees paid are non-refundable.

If a license expires, licensed features may stop working, be limited, or revert to a reduced functionality mode.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Trust-Prompt in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • use Trust-Prompt to facilitate unlawful surveillance, unlawful discrimination, fraud, or abusive conduct
  • circumvent, disable, probe, or interfere with product safeguards, license controls, or technical limitations
  • copy, modify, distribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of Trust-Prompt except as permitted by law
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction
  • use Trust-Prompt in a way that infringes third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or contractual rights
  • misrepresent Trust-Prompt as providing legal advice, guaranteed compliance, guaranteed detection, or guaranteed prevention of all data disclosure incidents

10. Your Responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for the prompts, content, files, websites, decisions, and workflows in which you use Trust-Prompt.

Trust-Prompt is a support and governance tool. It does not replace your own internal review, legal analysis, security controls, compliance program, or risk management processes.

You are responsible for configuring your policies, filters, and usage decisions appropriately for your environment.

11. Privacy and Data Handling

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Product behavior may differ by version. Some versions may perform checks locally in the browser without requiring server-side content analysis, while future or enterprise-oriented offerings may include different deployment or configuration models.

You are responsible for assessing whether your own use of Trust-Prompt is appropriate for the data, workflows, and regulated environments in which you operate.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Supported Websites

Trust-Prompt may interact with or be used on third-party websites, browsers, stores, or software environments, including supported AI websites and the Chrome Web Store.

We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, behavior, terms, policies, API changes, interface changes, or service interruptions.

Supported website coverage, product behavior, and compatibility may change if a third-party platform changes its design, code, permissions, policies, or technical environment.

13. Updates, Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Trust-Prompt at any time, including features, detection logic, supported sites, policy controls, user interface, licensing methods, and documentation.

We do not guarantee that any product, feature, or supported website integration will remain available indefinitely or operate without interruption or error.

14. Intellectual Property

Trust-Prompt, including its software, code, branding, logos, design elements, documentation, website content, and product materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent, except for reasonable nominative reference to Trust-Prompt.

15. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, requests, or recommendations relating to Trust-Prompt, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, implement, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

16. Trial, Beta and Early Access Features

Trial, beta, pilot, preview, test, or early access features may be incomplete, limited, experimental, or subject to additional restrictions.

Such features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice and may be offered without any service level commitment.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust-Prompt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that Trust-Prompt will detect all sensitive content, prevent all mistakes, satisfy all compliance obligations, or be suitable for every workflow, jurisdiction, or technical environment.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust-Prompt and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Trust-Prompt.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Trust-Prompt for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Trust-Prompt will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Trust-Prompt for the applicable paid product during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust-Prompt and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your unlawful use of Trust-Prompt, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Trust-Prompt, a license key, trial access, or any part of the service if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused the product, used it outside the agreed license scope, created legal or security risk, or failed to pay applicable fees when due.

You may stop using Trust-Prompt at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution, will survive.

21. Export, Sanctions and Restricted Use

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer Trust-Prompt in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws and regulations.

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive trade restrictions that would make your use unlawful, and that you are not a prohibited party under applicable law.
